Halloween fun day

Today, all students dressed up in costume in the spirit of Halloween. All classrooms are participating in fun games and watching movies associated with this festive time of year. Green Schools Committee

Elections were held in the senior classroom to elect a chairperson and a secretary for the school’s Green School Committee. Sarah Lily (6th class) was elected chairperson and Isabel (4th class) was elected secretary. The entire senior room make up the committee.

Mrs Hobson’s baby

This week, Mrs Hobson had a baby girl, called Laura on Wednesday morning. Both mum and daughter are doing well.

Senior class learn about Andy Goldsworthy

The children in the senior room have been learning about artist Andy Goldsworthy. He loves to work with nature, creating shapes and colours with leaves, stones and sticks. We looked at lots of examples of his work and then created pieces of art inspired by his work. Look at our work below!
